For three generations we produce in our little extra virgin olive oil meticulously followed all the steps of production from olive harvest in our land of Gargano to the finished product. For these reasons we would like to specify that our oil is 100% homemade.
The olive harvest takes place in October in our countryside located in the picturesque landscape of the Gargano between sea and hills.

The climate of Puglia, the quality of our olives, hand-picking and milling in one day cold extraction without the use of chemicals are the main factors that make the extra virgin olive oil of superior quality because thanks to the care in steps processing the oil preserves all its organoleptic properties. It is precisely because of these factors that our oil has an acidity level well below 0.8% of fat and for its delicacy and longevity has become the main product in the diet typical of the Mediterranean.


For his greenish yellowish our extra virgin olive oil is known as "gold Gargano". Its healthy characteristics, its fruity taste and delicate flavor of almonds make it an essential nutritional food in all the main dishes of Mediterranean cuisine, for adults and especially for the children from the very first meals.
